When you receive your order:
Once your order is delivered and you have carefully looked it over to ensure there are no issues.
If your order is as described
If everything is okay with your order, mark the order as received so that we can release your payment to the seller.
To verify receipt of your order:
- Login to your account
- Click on your profile picture in the top right hand corner and scroll down to Orders.
- Select the order.
- Mark order as Received to release the funds.
If your order is not as described
Please notify us within 3 days of delivery by opening a case with us through your account.
To file a return:
- Select your profile picture at the top-right of the page.
- Select Orders.
- Select your order.
- Select Refund Request
- Send in your request
You will be asked to add a few photos of the problem area(s) as proof and enter a description of the problem. To ensure that your case is resolved quickly, we kindly ask that the photos you submit clearly show the area(s) that are not as described in the listing. You can submit photos using our helpdesk along with the order #.
