Resale Racks has a Make an offer button shown on every closet items page, this doesn't mean that each seller accepts offers, please view their Info./Policies tab to see whether a closet owner accepts offers. If they do, proceed to use the Make An Offer button and send them your offer.
We know there are times when you and seller are not online at the same time OR they never respond, do not get discouraged. You can either purchase the item at the price listed OR you can find a similar item for sale.
How does the make an offer work?
- You view an item you like and seller accepts offers, you make an offer
- You wait for the seller to respond on whether they accept or decline your offer
- You can negotiate via the messaging system
- Your offer is accepted, seller changes the price of the item, you purchase it
- Seller ships, you receive and feedback is left.
Now keep in mind the price the seller changes the item to, can be snatched up by another user if you aren't quick enough. To avoid this from happening, keep in communication with the seller.
